Will I see it before it's printed?
Always. Within 3 business days we'll send you a private digital preview of your completed commission. Nothing goes to print until you've signed off.
What if I don't like it?
We work with you until it's exactly right — unlimited revisions, no limits, no pressure. If after that you're still not satisfied, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. In over 5,000 commissions, only 6 customers have ever requested a refund.
When will it arrive?
Your preview will be ready within 3 business days. Once you sign off, delivery takes 5 to 7 business days. Most customers have their commission on the wall within 2 weeks of placing their commission.
